The BMW M4 GT3 is a racing car developed by BMW M Motorsport. It is based on the BMW M4 Coupé and is used in the GT3 class of racing series such as the FIA World Endurance Championship (WEC), the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship and the German GT Championship.
The M4 GT3 was first introduced in 2021 and is the successor to the BMW M6 GT3. It features a 4.0-liter V8 engine with 590 hp and is equipped with a six-speed sequential gearbox. The M4 GT3 has a dry weight of 1,250 kilograms and reaches a top speed of over 300 km/h.
The M4 GT3 has proven to be very successful in the GT3 class since its introduction, winning the 2022 24 Hours of Daytona and is currently the reigning FIA World Endurance Championship champion.
